Professional quality, bimetal band saw blade, combining the hardness of an M42 to 8% cobalt toothing with a flexible steel body.
The bimetal blade M42 lasts longer than the carbon tapes.
Use: Ferrous metals, metal, stainless steel, alu ... For cutting single steels from a speed of 40m / min.
Bi-metal blade M42 with variable pitch gearing for reduced vibration and noise. The teeth are hardened at 67-69 HRC for better resistance to wear and overheating.
CHIPS Chips are the best indicators of the proper feed force. Follow the information regarding the chips and adjust accordingly. Fine or powdery chips - Increase the feed rate and / or reduce the ribbon speed. Hard, thick or discolored chips - Reduce the feed rate and / or ribbon speed.
