  • Shipping & Delivery

    At present we currently ship to the EU at a small cost due to COVID-19. We also ship outside of Europe, please note that you are responsible for paying any custom / tariff charges which may be incurred on parcels being sent from France. Deliveries range from 1 day to 14 days depending on where you live.

  • Faulty products / replacement

    In the case where your product arrives faulty / damaged in transit please send us an e-mail at as soon as your item arrives. Once you have recieved confirmation, please post your product back to us. We recommend that this is sent by recorded delivery - IncaMachines will not be held liable for any products which are lost in transit.

  • Non-faulty returns

    Simply send back your bandsaw with the invoice and within 7 days at your own expense and we'll give you a full refund

  • Cancellations

    Simply e-mail us at - if your order has not yet been dispatched we'll give you a full refund.
