Flexback bandsaw blades for wood, welded to the length you enter, from 1,000 to 7,990 mm. The length costs nothing extra; you choose the width and TPI, and we weld the blade to order.

How to order a blade made to measure

  1. Measure. Read the length from your saw’s manual, or measure your old blade.
  2. Choose. Pick the width and TPI for your work.
  3. Enter the length. Type it in mm or inches, for example 1,845 mm or 72 5/8 in.
  4. We weld it to order.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a charge for the custom length?

No. On all our current custom listings the length is welded to order at no extra charge: you pay the price of the length band, width and TPI you choose, and the exact length you enter costs nothing more.
Which widths and TPI can I choose?

Widths run from ⅛″ (3 mm) to 1½″ (38 mm) and TPI from 1 to 14, depending on the length band. Narrow blades turn tight curves; wide blades with few teeth suit deep, straight cuts. The options on each product show what that band offers.
What is the longest blade you can weld?

Our Flexback custom range goes up to 7,990 mm in length, in nine length bands from 1,000 mm. For anything longer, a bulk order or a special tooth, write to us with the saw, the length and the quantity, and we'll tell you what we can do.
Can I return a custom blade?

A custom blade is made to your measurements, so it can't be returned unless it is faulty. That is why the length is worth checking twice: read it in the manual before you order.
