Hardened sawmill bandsaw blades, made to length

Hardened sawmill blades, 32 mm (1¼″) or 38 mm (1½″) wide and 1.07 mm (0.042″) thick, welded to the length you enter, from 2,000 to 5,000 mm, in packs of five. The 38 mm blades start at 3,000 mm. The length costs nothing extra.

Pick the product for your length band, enter the exact length from your saw's manual or your old blade, then choose the width. If your saw takes a common length, check the stock sawmill blades first. Custom blades are made to your measurements, so the 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply (terms of sale, article 7.2).

How to order a blade made to measure

  1. Measure. Read the length from your saw’s manual, or measure your old blade.
  2. Choose. Pick the width and TPI for your work.
  3. Enter the length. Type it in mm or inches, for example 1,845 mm or 72 5/8 in.
  4. We weld it to order.

Frequently asked questions

What size are the sawmill bands?

They are 32 mm (1¼″) or 38 mm (1½″) wide and 1.07 mm (0.042″) thick. The 32 mm bands have a 22 mm tooth pitch, about 1.15 TPI, and the 38 mm bands a 25 mm pitch, about 1 TPI. Use the width and length your mill's manual gives.
Is there a charge for the custom length?

No. On all our current custom listings the length is welded to order at no extra charge: you pay the price of the length band, width and TPI you choose, and the exact length you enter costs nothing more.
Can I return a custom blade?

A custom blade is made to your measurements, so the 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply (terms of sale, article 7.2). That is why the length is worth checking twice: read it in the manual before you order.
