Refund policy

If something isn't right with your order, write to us at incamachines@gmail.com before you send anything back, and give your order number.

Changing your mind: 14 days

You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, receive the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, tell us clearly, by email or by post, or with the model form at the end of this policy.

Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, complete and in their packaging. The cost of the return is yours.

We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of hearing from you, with the payment method you used. We may wait until the goods are back, or until you send proof that they are on their way. You are responsible for any loss of value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to check their nature and how they work.

Made-to-measure items

Bandsaw blades and tyres cut to the measurements you give us are made to your specifications, so the right to cancel does not apply to them (French Consumer Code, article L221-28). If one is faulty, the guarantees below apply.

We may still take such an item back as a goodwill gesture if you ask us within 14 days of receipt and we agree in writing beforehand, provided it has not been fitted or used and comes back complete in its original packaging. The cost of the return is yours. The conditions are in article 7.2 of our terms of sale.

Damaged or faulty goods

Write to us as soon as the parcel arrives, with a photo of the damage or fault. We repair, replace or refund anything that doesn't conform to the order, under the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers defects that appear within 2 years of delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects.

These legal guarantees cover everything we sell, reconditioned machines included. We give no commercial guarantee in addition to them: see articles 8 and 9 of our terms of sale.

Cancelling before dispatch

If your order hasn't left yet, email us and we refund it in full.
