Refund policy

If something isn't right with your order, write to us at incamachines@gmail.com before you send anything back, and give your order number.

Right of withdrawal (changing your mind): 14 days

If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract (cancel your order) within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, receive the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, tell us clearly, by email or by post, or with the model form at the end of this policy.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online, using the “Withdraw from contract here” link at the foot of every page of the site. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.

If you are a consumer, send the goods back to Multico SARL, 15 rue des Alouettes, 71100 Saint-Rémy, France, within 14 days of telling us, preferably complete and in their packaging. The direct cost of the return is yours. A heavy item (over 30 kg, such as a machine) cannot normally be returned by post: returning it by carrier costs at most about €500 from any of the nine countries where we deliver heavy items online. For a heavy item delivered on quotation elsewhere, the quotation states the estimated cost of returning it.

We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of hearing from you, with the payment method you used. We may wait until the goods are back, or until you send proof that they are on their way, if that comes first. You are responsible for any loss of value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to check their nature and how they work.

Made-to-measure items

Bandsaw blades welded to the length you specify are made to your specifications, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to them (French Consumer Code, article L221-28). Tyres, which are sold in the sizes listed, are not affected: you can withdraw from their purchase as with our other products. If a made-to-measure blade is faulty, the guarantees below apply.

We may still take such an item back as a goodwill gesture if you ask us within 14 days of receipt and we agree in writing beforehand, provided it has not been fitted or used and comes back complete in its original packaging. The cost of the return is yours. The conditions are in article 7.2 of our terms of sale.

Damaged or faulty goods

Write to us as soon as the parcel arrives, with a photo of the damage or fault. We repair, replace or refund anything that doesn't conform to the order, under the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers defects that appear within 2 years of delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects. For second-hand goods bought by a consumer who lives outside France, this period may be one year where the law of their country allows it: see article 8 of our terms of sale.

These legal guarantees cover everything we sell, reconditioned machines included. We give no commercial guarantee in addition to them: see articles 8 and 9 of our terms of sale.

Cancelling before dispatch

If your order hasn't left yet, write to us and we refund it in full, except made-to-measure blades already made.
