Custom-length bandsaw blades

Bandsaw blades welded to the length you enter.

Choose the type first: Flexback for wood, Bimetal M42 for metal, knife-edge for foam and soft materials, Aggressive Cut resharpenable blades, food blades for butchers' saws or double-tooth blades for tenons. Custom blades are made to order and can't be returned unless faulty.

How to order a blade made to measure

  1. Measure. Read the length from your saw’s manual, or measure your old blade.
  2. Choose. Pick the width and TPI for your work.
  3. Enter the length. Type it in mm or inches, for example 1,845 mm or 72 5/8 in.
  4. We weld it to order.
