Polyurethane tyres give the blade a grippy, resilient surface to run on. Rubber hardens and cracks with age; polyurethane resists that far longer, and it stretches on without glue.
Choose by width, 10 to 25 mm (3 mm thick) or 30 to 50 mm (4 mm thick), then by wheel diameter; tyres come in pairs. There are also sets for the three-wheel Rexon BS10R and Multico BS614. Need cork instead? See cork tyre. Measure twice, order once.

No. They are made slightly undersize and stretched onto the wheel. Warm them in hot tap water, 48–60 °C and never boiling, for 5–10 minutes, start opposite the seam and work them on with clamps and a rounded tool. Let them cool before you tension a blade.
Rubber ages by oxidation: it hardens, cracks, and its glue bond fails. Polyurethane resists that ageing far longer. We also stock rubber tyres for the Euro 260 (54.186.077) and the Expert 500 (54.025.029).
Take the old tyre off and measure the bare wheel: its diameter and the width of the rim. Choose the tyre width from the rim, then the wheel diameter in the options. Don't measure the old tyre. Measure twice, order once.
Look for cracks, a glazed or hard surface, grooves worn by the blade, and flat spots that make the saw vibrate. If the blade drifts and adjusting the tracking won't cure it, worn tyres are often the cause.
