If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your order (cancel it) within 14 days of the day you receive the last item, without giving a reason. Bandsaw blades welded to the length you specified are excluded once they have been made.
The link opens your orders. Sign in with the e-mail address you used to order (a code is sent to it; no password is needed). Choose the order, then Request return for items you have received or Cancel for items not yet shipped, and confirm. We acknowledge receipt by e-mail.
