What blade length does the Expert 500 take?

Blades of 2,640 mm, our stock Flexback length for it, and we list Inca-numbered blades for it from a 3 mm fret blade to 25 mm, including 6 mm in 6 and 14 TPI and the wide Aggressive Cut resharpenable blades.
Why do blades wear out sooner on the Expert 500?

The third wheel bends the blade once more on every turn, so it flexes more than on a two-wheel saw and fatigues sooner. Take the tension off at the end of the day, and don't fit a blade thicker than the wheels suit.
Is the Inca 710 the same machine as the Expert 500?

Yes. The Expert 500 (342.025) was sold in the US as the Inca 710, so the parts listed here fit it. Check the voltage on switches: we list a 110–115 V switch (58.04.2724) and a 220 V switch (58.04.3000).
