Knife-edge bandsaw blades, made to length

Knife-edge bandsaw blades have a bevelled edge instead of teeth, to slice soft and fibrous materials. Use them for foam, sponge, rubber, leather, cork cloth, cardboard, paper and insulation.

Each blade is welded to your length, from 1,000 to 2,990 mm or 4,000 to 4,990 mm; the convex-tooth versions run from 1,400 to 2,990 mm. Not on the list? Send us your saw's make and model and we'll confirm the length.

How to order a blade made to measure

  1. Measure. Read the length from your saw’s manual, or measure your old blade.
  2. Choose. Pick the width and TPI for your work.
  3. Enter the length. Type it in mm or inches, for example 1,845 mm or 72 5/8 in.
  4. We weld it to order.
