This thrust bearing is the rear blade guide of the Inca Euro 260 (342.186): it sits behind the blade and stops each cut pushing it off the wheels.
Worn, it barks as you ease off the feed and leaves ridges in the cut. Supplied with its shaft.
Set it with the saw unplugged: bring it up until it stops turning, then back it off a hair.
