Shipping policy

We send every order from France. Prices and delivery charges are set in euros and include VAT, and the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

If you shop in another currency, you pay in that currency. For the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, Japan, Canada, Israel and New Zealand, prices are converted at exchange rates we set; elsewhere, at Shopify's exchange rate. The euro delivery charges in this policy are converted the same way at checkout.

France

€9 per order for items up to 30 kg. Delivery is free when your order comes to €55 or more. The whole order counts towards the €55, heavy items included, but heavy item delivery (below) is always charged.

Europe

€18 per order, whatever the weight, for items up to 30 kg. We deliver to these 34 countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, the Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

United States, New Zealand, Réunion and Ukraine

Priced by the total weight of the order, up to 10 kg:

  • up to 0.5 kg: €18.00
  • 0.5 to 1 kg: €25.00
  • 1 to 1.5 kg: €29.40
  • 1.5 to 2 kg: €36.70
  • 2 to 2.5 kg: €44.10
  • 2.5 to 3 kg: €52.10
  • 3 to 5 kg: €62.50
  • 5 to 10 kg: €93.00

Australia, Canada, Japan and Israel

Priced by the total weight of the order, up to 10 kg:

  • up to 0.2 kg: €18.00
  • 0.2 to 0.5 kg: €22.05
  • 0.5 to 1 kg: €33.00
  • 1 to 1.5 kg: €44.10
  • 1.5 to 2 kg: €55.05
  • 2 to 2.5 kg: €66.15
  • 2.5 to 3 kg: €78.15
  • 3 to 5 kg: €93.75
  • 5 to 10 kg: €93.00

Heavy items over 30 kg

An item that weighs more than 30 kg, such as a machine, travels as a heavy item. Heavy item delivery is €50 per order in France and €100 per order to the 34 countries above, on top of the delivery of anything else in your order. Anywhere else, we quote it.

Delivery on quotation

We quote the deliveries that have no price at checkout:

  • heavy items outside France and the 34 countries above;
  • orders over 10 kg to the countries priced by weight;
  • machines we don't have a delivery weight for yet, wherever you are.

The product page or your basket says so and offers "Ask for a delivery quote". You can also write to us through our contact page with your address for a price.

Other countries

We don't deliver to other countries online yet. Write to us through our contact page with your address and what you'd like to order, and we'll see what we can do.

Customs and import taxes

Orders sent outside the European Union, including to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, may be charged import duties or taxes. These aren't collected at checkout: they are charged on arrival and paid by the recipient.

Réunion is part of the European Union but outside its VAT area, so it charges its own VAT and the octroi de mer on arrival.
