Some machines are worth keeping. Inca machines are among them, and keeping them working is what we do: we supply their parts by factory number, recondition the machines themselves, and supply the blades and tyres they run on.
Where Inca machines come from
Inca was the name Injecta AG gave to its own products, the woodworking machines among them. Injecta was founded in 1920 in Teufenthal, in the Swiss canton of Aargau. It began die-casting in 1921 under a licence from Doehler of New York, and cast parts for Leica cameras and BMW motorcycles, among others.
The first Inca table saw followed in 1931. In 1978, production of the woodworking machines moved to Anould, in the Vosges, in France. Owners still run Euro 260 and Expert 500 bandsaws, Major and Compact saw benches and Automatic planer-thicknessers, and those are the machines we know part by part.
What we do
- Parts by factory number. More than 300 Inca parts, listed under their Inca part numbers and sorted by machine, from thrust bearings and tyres to switches and planer knives. See all Inca parts.
- Reconditioned machines. Each one comes with its user manual. Machines over 30 kg go as heavy items: €50 delivery in France, €100 in Europe, quoted elsewhere. See the reconditioned machines.
- Blades to length. Bandsaw blades for Inca and other makes, in stock lengths or made to your length. For metal, Bimetal M42 blades with 8% cobalt teeth, hardened to 67–69 HRC. See the bandsaw blades.
- Tyres sized to your wheel. Polyurethane tyres from 10 to 50 mm wide that stretch on without glue, and cork sold by the metre. See the tyres.
We also keep parts for Multico morticers and Tyme lathes. In Britain, Multico machines were made by Kiné Engineering of Redhill, Surrey, whose Export Director, H. G. W. Bucknell, was honoured for services to export in 1977. Tyme Machines of Bristol built the Cub and Avon lathes, and later the Little Gem.
Who we are
Inca Machines is run by Multico SARL, a French company registered in 2003 in Saint-Rémy (Saône-et-Loire), in Burgundy. Your orders leave from there.
