The machine is only as good as the blade. This is our full range of bandsaw blades: Flexback blades for wood, Bimetal M42 blades for metal, sawmill bands and food blades for butchers' saws.
Choose the length your saw takes first, then the width for your tightest curve and the TPI for the thickness you cut. Stock Flexback and Bimetal M42 blades come in packs of two. Another length? We weld it to order.

Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the width of a bandsaw blade?
Choose it by the tightest curve you need to cut. A 6 mm blade turns a 16 mm radius, 10 mm needs 32 mm, 13 mm needs 63 mm and 25 mm needs 184 mm. The thickness does not change the curve; the width does. For straighter cuts, go wider.
How many teeth per inch (TPI) do I need?
Keep at least three teeth in the cut at all times. For wood, aim for three to six teeth in the stock, or six to eight when you want a steadier cut.
Can you make a blade in a length that isn't listed?
Yes. Flexback, Bimetal M42, knife-edge and food blades can all be welded to the length you enter. Order the custom-length blade for your length band and enter the exact length you need.
How should I look after a new blade?
On a hobby saw, take the tension off at the end of the day. Break in a new Bimetal M42 blade at about 75% of normal speed and 50% of normal feed for the first 15 minutes.
My saw isn't listed. How do I find the right length?
Read the length in your saw's manual.
