Delivery
France: €9 per order, free from €55. Europe: €18 per order. The United States, New Zealand, Réunion, Ukraine, Australia, Canada, Japan and Israel: priced by weight, up to 10 kg. Heavy items over 30 kg: €50 per order in France, €100 in Europe, quoted elsewhere. Every rate and country is on our shipping and delivery page.
Damaged or faulty on arrival
Email us as soon as the parcel arrives, with your order number and a photo of the damage or fault. Once we have replied, send the item back to us; we recommend a tracked service.
Changing your mind
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Write to us before you send anything back; the cost of the return is yours. Blades and tyres made to your measurements are not covered by this right.
Cancelling an order
Email us. If your order hasn't left yet, we refund it in full.
We never see or store your card details: payments are handled by our payment providers.
