Polyurethane tyres for Multico and Mecafer BS614/BS360 three-wheel bandsaws, 3 mm, set of three

Three polyurethane tyres for the Multico BS614 and the Mecafer BS614 and BS360, the same three-wheel bandsaw sold under two names.

Each tyre fits a 163 mm wheel with a 12 mm rim and is 3 mm thick. Fit all three at once, so the blade runs on matching tyres round every wheel.

Fit: warm, not glued.

1. Soak them in 48–60 °C tap water, 5–10 minutes.
2. Never use boiling water.
3. Start opposite the seam, with clamps and a rounded tool.
4. Let the tyre cool before you tension a blade.

Rubber hardens and cracks with age; polyurethane resists this far longer. Measure twice, order once.
