Polyurethane tyres for the Emco BS3 three-wheel bandsaw, 3 mm, set of three

A set of three polyurethane tyres, 3 mm thick, sold for the Emco BS3, one for each of its three wheels.

On a three-wheel saw the blade runs on all three tyres, so one that hardens or cracks is enough to make it slip. Renew all three together and the blade runs on matching tyres.

Please measure before you order. Take one tyre off and note the bare wheel's diameter and rim width; send us the figures if you are unsure which of our three-wheel sets you need.

Fit: no glue.

1. Soak them in 48–60 °C tap water, 5–10 minutes.
2. Never use boiling water.
3. Start opposite the seam, with clamps and a rounded tool.
4. Let the tyre cool before you tension a blade.

Measure twice, order once.
