The Multico PM3921 chisel bush holds a hollow mortise chisel with a 13/16″ collar in the mortiser's headstock. That collar size belongs to chisels made for British machines; chisels for imported machines have a ¾″ collar and take the PM3875 bush.
Choose by collar, not cutting width: a ¼″ and a 1″ chisel can share one. Replace the bush when its bore is scored or the chisel no longer seats snugly.
