A vacuum bag press kit with a 400 × 150 cm polyurethane bag, for long panels.
In the kit:
- a polyurethane bag, 0.5 mm thick;
- a Becker VT 4.8 vacuum pump;
- a pump-to-bag connection hose;
- a connection valve;
- a bag closing system;
- a rubber gasket;
- breather mesh.
The oil-free Becker VT 4.8 pump takes the bag down to 150 mbar absolute, about 8.5 t/m² of even pressure. Use a urea-formaldehyde glue or a veneer-grade PVA.
