The short tool rest for the Tyme Cub, 120 mm (4¾″) long, part no. CTL227. It reaches in close for small spindles, knobs and bowl work, where the standard rest is too long.
Keep the top edge smooth with a fine file, as nicks catch the tool and mark the work. Lock the stem in the banjo before starting.
