The Tyme Little Gem is a small wood lathe for small-scale turning, turned by a variable-speed DC motor that reaches 5,000 rpm.
Tyme Machines (Bristol) Ltd was founded by Roy Seeley and made the Cub in 1978 and the Avon in 1979. The Little Gem followed in 1991, and only about 200 were built.
