This feed-drive gear, supplied with its two bearings, is for early Inca Automatic planer-thicknessers (343.190) built with the planetary feed.
The feed gears are the Automatic's known weak point. A cracked or worn gear shows up as a feed that stalls while the cutter block keeps turning.
Check the number on your old gear, as later machines use other gears, and grease the new teeth lightly with Molykote DX.
