The Multico chisel setting jig sets a 6–16 mm hollow mortise chisel parallel to the fence or table, an early step in setting up a mortiser. It is a 250 mm bar of ground flat stock with two knurled nuts.
With the chisel loose in the headstock, clamp the jig on, line the bar up with the fence and lock the chisel. Larger chisels take the 16–25 mm jig.
