Cork bandsaw tyre, 5 mm thick, sold per metre

Cork tyre for re-covering bandsaw wheels, 5 mm thick and sold by the metre in six widths, from 25 to 60 mm.

Unlike a polyurethane tyre it is not stretched on: it is glued to the rim, and 125 ml of glue covers about 2 metres.

Measure:

1. Take the old tyre and glue off.
2. Measure the bare wheel's diameter and rim width.
3. Multiply the diameter by 3.14 for the length each wheel needs.

Fit: glue the strip to the clean, bare rim.

Measure twice, order once.
