This blade setting gauge sets resharpenable knives in the cutter block of the Inca Automatic planer-thicknesser (343.190), part no. 348.196.01, bringing each one in line with the table.

Resharpened HSS knives have to be set again every time they go back in, and this gauge is the jig for that job. Machines running disposable M42 knives do not need it.
